In 1998, most of foaming agent users were struggling with the unconstant properties of ADCA including gas volume, decomposition temperature, un-uniform cell, pin holes on the finished surface of the foam. Foam manufacturers can hardly control the foam quality effectively. Majority of them even didn′t realize the problem came from unstable quality of blowing agent. That is why we were there, In that year, our factory was set up and we started to research, develope and produce high quality of ADCA. Actually we are the 1st one in China to produce Europe and USA standard of AC foaming agent. Just during that years, our neighbouring manufacturers in East Asia began to set up lines in Asian regines.

As a pioneer of high quality of foaming agent manufacturers, we are delegated on provide extremely stable quality of blowing agent and also assist our customer to develop suitable, even unique modified blowing agent. Our products become more and more popular in domestic and oversea foam industry like EVA, PVC, NBR, ABS, TPR, SBR, PS...By injection, press, extrusion and coatings...So far we have dozons of foaming agents serving our globle customers.

In 2018, Compounding factory establishment aims at meeting increasing demand of our customers who produce foam by injection and exrusion method or require strict environmental protection. 20-year experience in foam industry enable us to produce unique and stable qualified granule and provide excellet after-sale service. By now, we have several compounding lines for PVC, EVA, LDPE, PP, TPE, TPR and other thermal pellets, obtaining good reputation.
